     This is what Jesus Christ came to make us. Truth be told, many of us live in prisons of our own making, restricted by lies that tie us up and shut us down.  We know God is out there, but feel like He’s just putting up with us; or worse, given up on us.

     Our problem? We're still looking at God through the lens of our experience with earthly fathers. And those of us with missing or abusive dads struggle deeply to trust that God is good or trustworthy.

     But what if the deepest desires of our hearts turned out to be the very things God most longs to unlock for us? And what if He gave us the keys?

     The good news is God has already handed over the keys to our freedom. They live in the truths He’s spoken to us in His word, the Bible. Those truths light up a path back to a God who longs for us to come near.  Real freedom – living each day in God’s total acceptance and favor – is within our reach, but only by faith in what Jesus has done for us. What does that freedom look like? 

•      Imagine being found by a grace that will not let you go, even when you fall again and again.
•      Imagine living fearless because you’ve come to believe the Father’s fierce love and tender delight is for you, too.

     Daughters of Freedom exists to put tools in your hands – powerful truths designed by God to set your heart free to receive His unabashed affection for you in Christ, regardless of the circumstances of your childhood or present life.  Our goal is to equip women and girls to exchange their false perception of the Father for a true portrait of Him as He reveals Himself in the pages of Scripture. There they discover that God is the only perfect father any of us gets, the ultimate hero of our lives, and the One in whom our hearts can safely trust.
